John Brothers, Oklahoma City Branch Manager, has over 23 years of experience in Program/Project Management. Prior to joining SecureNet, he worked in the Telecommunications and Product Development fields. His career has focused on managing cross-functional teams on multiple complex projects of up to one hundred million dollars while meeting the desired budgets, schedules, and customer satisfaction levels. His hands-on approach to management of the field installation efforts has given him a greater insight into the required activities. John completed his PMI Certification training at Texas A&M University.

Raphael Jackson, Oklahoma City Business Development, is responsible for prospecting, developing, and marketing SecureNet’s solutions to all industry segments. Prior to his current role, Raphael served as surveillance manager at several Oklahoma City area locations in the casino industry where he specified and implemented complex installations of access control and surveillance solutions. His knowledge of the industry and ability to manage a project from design to in-service makes him a valuable asset to the Oklahoma City SecureNet team.

Heather Vega, Oklahoma City Branch Administrator, joined SecureNet in April 2010. Before joining SecureNet, she successfully ran her own business for ten years. Heather brings her years of extensive sales and excellent customer service experience along with a background in working within a large corporate environment to the position. Her hard work ethic and positive attitude will make her a great addition to the Oklahoma City team.

John Dunlap, Oklahoma City Operations Manager, joined SecureNet in May 2006. With over sixteen years in the security industry, John is experienced with access control, CCTV, burglar alarms, fire alarms, and phone systems. This wide range of experience has equipped him with the hands-on approach to managing system installations that allows him to continually exceed expectations. John’s outstanding technical and troubleshooting skills coupled with consistent recognition for customer satisfaction, professionalism and excellent service/installation work make him a valuable team member. He is a quick technical learner who picks up product application quickly.

Joey Peeples, Oklahoma City Project Manager, has over ten years of experience in the industry. Joey began installing access control and video surveillance systems in Oklahoma City where he worked for three years before joining SecureNet initially in 2003. He continued to work in the security industry during his five years in San Diego, CA before he returning to Oklahoma City and re-joining SecureNet. While in San Diego, he was a lead installation technician where he carried the responsibility for installation projects from start to finish. His wide range of experience in access control systems such as Software House, Casi Russco, Open Options, and AMAG, as well as video surveillance products such as Pelco, Panasonic, GE, AD, Sony, and Axis among others accentuates his value to the company.

Project Coordinators are crucial to the smooth functioning of SecureNet operations. Each Project Coordinator is the on-the-job trainer for his more junior technician teammates. The Project Coordinator is the eyes and ears of the Project Manager, and in many cases is the one responsible for daily communication with the customer and related trades. He is a thoroughly experienced installation technician who can use his experience to resolve the many issues that arise during the course of a project. Project Coordinators must be mature, excellent communicators, and prepared to effectively use the resources available to them.
