Julianne Tanner, Houston Business Development, came to SecureNet in 2009 with a diverse background of experience. With strong convictions for success in the corporate arena coupled with a desire to learn the commercial real estate field led Julianne to business development in commercial relocation consulting services, commercial real estate appraising and obtaining a license in real estate with certification in property management. Linda Eldridge-Steenburg, Houston Branch Administrator, joined SecureNet with over 20 years of administrative experience that includes a strong background in office management. She is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist Master in Word and Excel and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Mike Leonard, Houston Operations Manager, has over sixteen years experience in the security industry. Mike began his career with JWP as a technician and later moved into design, estimation, project management and design manager. A former avionics technician in the U.S. Air Force instilled a strong work ethic which still drives him today. This wide base of experience has equipped him to handle the variety of security projects and still drive them to successful completion. In his current role, he is responsible for all aspects of initial installation, maintenance, service, and repair of all SecureNet systems in the Houston area. |

Aaron Dozier, Houston Project Manager, joined SecureNet in the summer of 2009. His experience as a former personnel administrator in the U.S. Marine Corps instilled a deep desire for customer satisfaction that is still carried with him to this day. Prior to joining SecureNet, he worked in the petrochemical / plastics industry as SQL server database administrator. As an additional duty, Aaron was also responsible for the physical security of the facility, where he used SecureNet as a valued vendor and integrator. Aaron’s strong work ethic and values have made him a welcome addition to SecureNet. Having previously been a customer of SecureNet has made for a seamless transition into his role as project manager. | ||||||||||||

| Project Coordinators are crucial to the smooth functioning of SecureNet operations. Each Project Coordinator is the on-the-job trainer for his more junior technician teammates. The Project Coordinator is the eyes and ears of the Project Manager, and in many cases is the one responsible for daily communication with the customer and related trades. He is a thoroughly experienced installation technician who can use his experience to resolve the many issues that arise during the course of a project. Project Coordinators must be mature, excellent communicators, and prepared to effectively use the resources available to them. | |||||||||||||
