Keith Russell, Dallas Business Development, brings over sixteen years of experience in design, electronics, and project management, including four years in the Navy with a specialty in radio frequency. Ron Walley recently joined SecureNet's business development team. He has a Bachelor's Degree in marketing from Louisiana Tech University as well as thirteen years sales experience managing numerous national accounts. Tim Brewer, Dallas Warehouse Manager, has been with SecureNet over four years. Having been promoted from within, he previously served as the warehouse administrator, a position he now manages. Tim McCord, Director of Operations for SecureNet's North Texas installation and maintenance team, is responsible for all aspects of system engineering, installation, maintenance and repair. During his seventeen years in the security industry, Tim has done everything from service to engineering, from installation to project management. This wide range of experience has equipped him with a practical, hands-on approach to managing system installations. His responsibilities include management of SecureNet's outstanding service department, as well as providing training and practical experience for new project managers, technicians, and project coordinators. Marshall Amarantes, Dallas Project Manager, came to SecureNet with a rich technical background, having been involved in Integrated Security Systems since 1992. Jason Hrozek, Dallas Project Manager, joined SecureNet over six years ago. A former Air Force ground radio technician, Jason received hands-on experience with electronic equipment during his military service. Jason also worked for Intel in Arizona with lithography scanners before moving to Texas where he began his career with SecureNet. John Lancaster, Dallas Project Manager, is a seasoned manager with over twenty years of technical and operations experience in the electronic/integrated security industry. He began his career as a technician in the security industry in 1986, always focused on his commitment to excellence. John worked his way up to Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and then Director of Operations for security companies in Ohio and Dallas. In the US Navy where John served for six years, he specialized in Anti-Submarine Warfare tracking and weapons systems. He was honored as the team leader for divisional operations. Jennifer Glasgow, Dallas Service Coordinator, has been with SecureNet since 2006. Jennifer’s prior experience combines over ten years of administrative background with a strong interest in helping other people. | Project Coordinators are crucial to the smooth functioning of SecureNet operations. Each Project Coordinator is the on-the-job trainer for his more junior technician teammates. The Project Coordinator is the eyes and ears of the Project Manager, and in many cases is the one responsible for daily communication with the customer and related trades. He is a thoroughly experienced installation technician who can use his experience to resolve the many issues that arise during the course of a project. Project Coordinators must be mature, excellent communicators, and prepared to effectively use the resources available to them. | |||||||||||||
