Kelly Black, Dallas Senior Account Manager, combines over thirteen years of experience in accounting, purchasing and vendor negotiations along with fifteen years in the security industry.  This combination of experience allows her to have a comprehensive understanding and appreciation of a customer’s economic needs as well as a strong ability to create cost-effective practical solutions to their security needs.  In addition to scores of access control and CCTV systems, in everything from small stand-alone facilities to high-rise office buildings and complexes throughout the Dallas area, Kelly has demonstrated experience in the design and deployment of CCTV systems in a major international airport environment along with intelligent roadway systems for toll roads, bridges, and turnpikes.  Kelly was instrumental in putting together a team which developed and implemented a ground-breaking deployment of video content analytics for the transportation industry that is widely regarded in the industry.  This depth of experience has put Kelly’s consulting capabilities in high demand.  

Jeff Gravley, Dallas Business Development, approaches his customers with enthusiasm and determination.  His goal is to allow the customer to trust him to listen, to hear what is said, and to take care of the client from the initiation of the project to years after the final product has been installed.   Jeff has over ten years of sales and business development experience within the security industry.  A people person, he states, “I never worry about trying to make a sale.  My objective is to help the customer make an educated decision that will benefit them now and in the future.  If I can somehow assist the customer and make a friend in the process then I have been successful.” He remains personally involved with each of his customers, working to assist them as they utilize their systems to their fullest extent.    Jeff utilizes all SecureNet resources to obtain solutions to any technical-related issues when needed.  Jeff’s genuine concern to earn the trust and partnership of the client propels him to stay focused on the goal of customer satisfaction.  Jeff clients range from governmental agencies, to the health industry, as well as some of Dallas' largest property management companies. 

 


Keith Russell, Dallas Business Development, brings over sixteen years of experience in design, electronics, and project management, including four years in the Navy with a specialty in radio frequency. Having a broad understanding of engineering procedures, he is proficient in creating, changing, and interpreting mechanical, exploded assembly and schematic drawings using AutoCAD.  Keith utilizes his technical expertise to give clients the ability to have a greater understanding of each project.  Keith's objective is to offer options and always facilitate what the client wants with quality in mind.  

Eric Rohleder, Account Manager for Enterprise Accounts, joined SecureNet after spending nine years in the software industry.  During that time, he worked for Texas Instruments Software, Sterling Software, ASG Software, and California Software.  Eric uses his knowledge of IT solutions to help customers link their physical security to their logical security.  He works with Enterprise customers to provide a total security solution that utilizes all of the features of smart card technology.  Eric holds a Bachelors Degree from Pennsylvania State University and earned his MBA at Rice University.  

Ron Walley recently joined SecureNet's business development team.  He has a Bachelor's Degree in marketing from Louisiana Tech University as well as sixteen years sales experience managing numerous national accounts.  His professional training and sales experience in many varied fields give him a unique ability to help his clients find creative and cost-effective solutions.  Ron approaches each project the same way, by listening to the client's needs, then utilizing all SecureNet resources to provide the quality products and services specific to their concerns from the beginning of the project to years after completion.  His goal is to treat every customer, from single unit proprietors to national companies, the same way, with honesty, dedication, and a true desire to gain and keep the client's trust.  

  Jeff Ritter, Dallas Business Development, joined SecureNet in 2009 as the company’s strong business ethics, loyalty to employees, desire to provide leading edge solutions, and commitment to its business partners is aligned with his own principles.  Jeff is tasked with helping the SecureNet team further develop its structured cabling division company-wide. With over seventeen years of experience in the low voltage cabling industry, Jeff has focused on developing long-term relationships with his customers and business partners across the country. Through these relationships, Jeff has worked with and managed a variety of vertical sector projects ranging from day-to-day service and maintenance work to multi-million dollar national rollouts.  Jeff contributes his success to the many wonderful people he has met throughout his career who have helped and supported him.  

Tim Brewer, Dallas Warehouse/Purchasing Manager, joined SecureNet in 2000.  Having been promoted from within, Tim’s strength lies in his outstanding product knowledge, attention to detail, and meticulous record keeping.  He maintains excellent rapport with SecureNet’s suppliers, sales personnel, and project managers.  Tim has had a varied background including accounting, auditing, negotiation, conflict resolution, sales and marketing, and public relations.  He is a valued resource for training branch administrators in purchasing processes, materials management, and shipping/receiving.  

Tim McCord, Director of Operations for SecureNet's North Texas installation and maintenance team, is responsible for all aspects of system engineering, installation, maintenance and repair. During his seventeen years in the security industry, Tim has done everything from service to engineering, from installation to project management. This wide range of experience has equipped him with a practical, hands-on approach to managing system installations. His responsibilities include management of SecureNet's outstanding service department, as well as providing training and practical experience for new project managers, technicians, and project coordinators. With certifications as a Microsoft® Certified Professional (MCP), as well as a Microsoft® Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Tim continues to build SecureNet's reputation for excellence one client at a time.  

Marshall Amarantes, Dallas Program Manager, is responsible for managing installation and service for one of SecureNet’s largest clients.  In addition to this, he acts as a technical advisor and consultant specializing in network video and content analytics.  Marshall has a particularly enthusiastic and comprehensive approach to maintaining ever-changing industry standards and incorporating this into his system design work for access control and CCTV systems.  With over a decade of industry experience and certifications from manufacturers such as Nice Systems, Software House, On-Net, Intransa, and Axis; he also holds a CompTIA Network+ certification, is trained in OSHA standards, and has earned a certification in Ortronics Management.  Marshall’s expertise accompanied with the soaring level of standards he insists upon has earned the respect of his colleagues, customers, and superiors.    

Jason Hrozek, Dallas Project Manager, joined SecureNet over ten years ago.  A former Air Force ground radio technician, Jason received hands-on experience with electronic equipment during his military service.  Jason also worked for Intel in Arizona with lithography scanners before moving to Texas where he began his career with SecureNet.  He has enjoyed repeat business with a number of his clients, indicating his level of professionalism, thoroughness, and a fresh approach to the various security applications.  

Chris Abbott, Dallas Project Manager, started in the electronics industry in 1996.  The vast majority of his career has been with SecureNet where he has worked his way up from Installation Technician, to Project Coordinator, and then to Project Manager.  His outstanding mechanical and electrical skills, coupled with his keen interest and desire to exceed the customer’s expectations, make Chris a valuable team member.  

John Lancaster, Dallas Project Manager, is a seasoned manager with over twenty years of technical and operations experience in the electronic/integrated security industry.  He began his career as a technician in the security industry in 1986, always focused on his commitment to excellence.  John worked his way up to Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and then Director of Operations for security companies in Ohio and Dallas.  In the US Navy where John served for six years, he specialized in Anti-Submarine Warfare tracking and weapons systems. He was honored as the team leader for divisional operations. John strives to inspire his team to reach their full potential. He excels in managing projects with careful attention to detail, reliability, and complete customer satisfaction.  

  Justin Burkhead, Dallas Project Manager, joined SecureNet in August 2008.  Prior to joining SecureNet, Justin accrued almost a decade of experience in the electronic security industry throughout Austin and Dallas.  With a hands-on approach to project management, Justin installs, services, programs, and manages burglar, fire, video surveillance, and access control systems alongside his team.  His vast range of electronic systems knowledge coupled with his background in the telecommunications industry have quickly turned Justin into a valuable asset to the organization.  

Jennifer Glasgow, Dallas Service Coordinator, has been with SecureNet since 2006.  Jennifer’s prior experience combines over ten years of administrative background with a strong interest in helping other people. These two elements make her ideally suited in her current role as the hub of the service department.  Whether speaking with a customer about a service request or assisting a service technician by providing them the information and tools they need to get their job done, Jennifer ensures everyone is taken care of in a positive and efficient manner.  

Project Coordinators are crucial to the smooth functioning of SecureNet operations.  Each Project Coordinator is the on-the-job trainer for his more junior technician teammates.  The Project Coordinator is the eyes and ears of the Project Manager, and in many cases is the one responsible for daily communication with the customer and related trades.  He is a thoroughly experienced installation technician who can use his experience to resolve the many issues that arise during the course of a project.  Project Coordinators must be mature, excellent communicators, and prepared to effectively use the resources available to them.
