Brian Bergstrom, SecureNet President and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s corporate strategy for innovation and success. Brian's vision for the organization is focused on excellence. By creating an environment that provides every employee an opportunity to succeed and excel, he has led the corporation through rapid growth without losing sight of the customers’ needs. He has successfully maintained a streamlined organization that can respond effectively to technological advances and economic change. Prior to joining SecureNet’s management team in 1997, Brian worked with Advanced Entry Systems, Sensormatic Electronics, and SPAN Instruments. With over fifteen years of experience in the security and semi-conductor industry, Brian is an inspiring leader for SecureNet’s system integration team.

Steve Fisher began his career in the integrated security management industry in 1988 as a Branch Manager with Advanced Entry Systems. In 1994, that company was acquired by Sensormatic Electronics. Steve worked for Sensormatic until mid-1997. Since 2001, he has actively participated in the strategic management decisions of SecureNet through his involvement as a member of the board of directors. In addition to his eighteen years of direct professional experience in the industry, he holds a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Business Administration as well as an Honorable Discharge from the US Army where he served three years in the Army Security Agency. Currently, Steve is the President and Chief Executive Officer of one of the fastest growing and technically advanced access control manufacturing companies today.

Steve McWethy has been in the electronic controls industry since 1978, when he joined Johnson Controls as a Regional Manager. In 1984, Steve formed his own security contracting business, Advanced Entry Systems, Inc. During the decade that the McWethys owned and operated Advanced Entry Systems, Steve helped clients such as Southland Corporation, Central and Southwest, Lone Star Gas and American Airlines by designing, installing, implementing and maintaining fully integrated security management systems. Steve applies his two decades of experience, his extensive computer knowledge, and his common-sense approach to business to help clients find cost-effective solutions to their security problems.

Pat McWethy provides the vision and leadership that encourage and guide the employees at SecureNet toward a common goal. Maintaining a reputation for excellence and integrity supersedes all other priorities. Although her degrees are in economics and finance, during the past two decades in the security industry, Pat has worn many hats, including installer, sales person, executive, counselor, and friend. She has worked on security management projects with clients that include Southland Corporation, Lone Star Gas, American Airlines, Spectrum Center, Southwestern Bell, and Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
